It was so nice to get out of the big cities and into some smaller German towns!

Took a short train ride from Berlin to Lutherstadt Wittenberg.

It was a hot one today. Took a dip in a nearby river and had a little picnic lunch

Lutherstadt Wittenberg was one of our favorite towns yet.

It was the home of Martin Luther, the founder of Lutheranism. We saw the university he professed at, his home, and his church.

We toured St. Mary's church. Built in the 1100s. Shout out to Sage for all the pictures.

Climbed the Schloss Luderstadt Wittenburg tower.

Then trained to Liepsig, Germany

Strolling the streets

Favorite hostel yet. Finally had a kitchen to use, spaghetti for dinner of course.

Some live music at a beer garden. Hung out with Harry from Australia.
